OUR MISSION
Sound & Spirit is a multi-generational choir, welcoming both aspiring and accomplished musicians of all ages. Serving the Metrowest community, the choir presents a wide variety of musical styles, creating a joyful musical experience of the highest quality.

OUR PROGRAM
Three separate ensembles - kids, teens and adults - rehearse independently each week and perform both separately and together in our performances. All rehearsals are held at The Center for Arts in Natick (TCAN) unless otherwise noted.
Kids: 3 – 7 grade students
Weekly rehearsals on Thursday from 3:30-4:30 pm
Teens: 8 – 12 grade students
Weekly rehearsals on Wednesday from 5:45-7:00 pm
Adults: 18 and up
Weekly rehearsals on Wednesday from 7:15-9:00 pm
