These are the Membership nuts and bolts for our 2025-26 Season.

Fall 2025 Semester registration for existing and new members opened Monday August 11th, 2025 @ 2pm
.

 Once registered New Members will receive a login to our choral website about a day after they register.


Once registered Existing and New Members will receive an invoice via EMail from Webmaster@SoundandSpirit.net, about a day after they register.

Open Working Rehearsals where we welcome new members to try us out were on Wednesday 9/3/2025 & 9/10/2025.
 

Fall 2025 Semester: 

  • Wednesday, September 3rd to Saturday, December 13th, 2025
  • Rehearsals at Common Street Spiritual Center (CSSC)
  • Kids &Teens 5pm to 6:30pm Adults 6:45pm to 9pm
  • No rehearsal on November 26th for Thanksgiving.  
  • Concerts - Friday, December 12th and Saturday, December 13th at FCC (Not Confirmed)
  • Registration cost $240, additional family members $200
  • Members and a Kid Member's Parent are required to complete CORI and Safe Choir Forms
  • Members or Kid/Teen Member Parents are required to Volunteer during the semester
  • Members are eligible for a full refund after one rehearsal if it is not for them

Spring 2026 Semester: 

  • Wednesday, January 14th to Saturday, May 9th, 2026
  • Rehearsals at Common Street Spiritual Center (CSSC) (Not Confirmed)
  • Kids &Teens 5pm to 6:30pm Adults 6:45pm to 9pm
  • No rehearsal on Feb 18th or April 22nd for school vacation.  
  • Concerts - Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th at Natick High School (Not Confirmed)
  • Registration cost $240, additional family members $200
  • Members and a Kid Member's Parent are required to complete CORI and Safe Choir Forms
  • Members or Kid/Teen Member Parents are required to Volunteer during the semester
  • Members are eligible for a full refund after one rehearsal if it is not for them

Membership Dues:

  • Payment of dues is expected within the first month of rehearsals per semester.
  • Alternative payment arrangements can be made with the Membership Chair, if necessary.
  • It is the sincere desire of the Board of Directors that all interested members have the opportunity to join Sound & Spirit. Therefore, financial assistance is available. Please speak to the Registrar or email us (soundandspirit.info@gmail.com) at the start of the semester.
  • Dues are expected to be paid regardless of when a member joins during the season. There is no proration of dues, and dues are non-refundable. 
  • Payments may be made through the online registration site. 
  • Members are required to complete a registration form at the beginning of each semester to provide contact information.  Please inform the Membership Chair if any of your contact information changes during the semester.
  • The Sound & Spirit Board of Directors will communicate with members regularly by email, via the member portal on this website, on our Facebook page, and through announcements at rehearsals.
  • Sound & Spirit's season goes from September to May, but registrations & payments are made separately in the two semesters. Registration for the fall is due in September, and for the second semester in February. The Fall Semester runs from September to December. Our Spring Semester will be from February to May.
