Membership

Existing Members will receive an invoice via EMail on August 9th, 2024 from Webmaster@SoundandSpirit.net for the Fall 2024 Semester. New Members will receive an invoice about a day after they register.

Open Working Rehearsals where we welcome new members to try us out were on Wednesday 9/4/2024 & 9/11/2024.

Fall 2024 Semester - "What's My Name": 

• Wednesday, Sep 4th to Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024
• At Common Street Spiritual Center (CSSC)
• Kids &Teens 5pm to 6:30pm Adults 6:45pm to 9pm
• Home rehearsal Oct 30th. No rehearsal on Nov 27th for Thanksgiving.  
• Concert Dec 13th and 14th at First Congregational Church (FCC) - Natick Center
• Registration cost $220, additional family members $200.

Spring 2025 Semester - "What's My Name":

• Early Jan to Early May 2025

Membership Dues:

• Payment of dues is expected within the first month of rehearsals per semester.
• Alternative payment arrangements can be made with the Membership Chair, if necessary.
• It is the sincere desire of the Board of Directors that all interested members have the opportunity to join Sound & Spirit. Therefore, financial assistance is available. Please speak to the Registrar or email us (soundandspirit.info@gmail.com) at the start of the semester.
• Dues are expected to be paid regardless of when a member joins during the season. There is no proration of dues, and dues are non-refundable. 
• Payments may be made through the online registration site. 
• Members are required to complete a registration form at the beginning of each semester to provide contact information.  Please inform the Membership Chair if any of your contact information changes during the semester.
• The Sound & Spirit Board of Directors will communicate with members regularly by email, via the member portal on this website, on our Facebook page, and through announcements at rehearsals.
• Sound & Spirit's season goes from September to May, but registrations & payments are made separately in the two semesters. Registration for the fall is due in September, and for the second semester in February. The Fall Semester runs from September to December. Our Spring Semester will be from February to May.
